Appointments

Please ring after 9 AM for an appointment. For continuity of care we encourage you to see the same doctor.

A few appointments are kept each day to accommodate emergencies. The doctors aim to see patients on time, although medical emergencies will be a priority.

We encourage you to ring us half an hour before your appointment time so we can inform you of any delays.

If you have a complicated issue or a few issues to discuss with your doctor, please request a longer consultation when making your appointment. You will require longer appointments for medicals, forms and care plans.

If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to rebook.

After hours care is provided by our locum service. Their number is 13 74 25.

In the case of a medical emergency, call an ambulance on 000.

The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Grattan Street, Parkville  provides 24 hour emergency care – ph 9342 7000.

The Royal Children’s Hospital on Flemington Road, Parkville provides 24 hour emergency care – ph 9345 5522.

Home Visits

We are not routinely offering home visits after hours.

If you require a doctor to come to your home, please call the after-hours locum service on 13 74 25

Translator Service Available

We encourage and can provide a translator for you at the time of your consultation.
